Over 50 Soroptimists and friends enjoyed lunch and sunshine in the splendid surroundings of Rowfant House. Guests included SE Regional President Liz Duckworth, Club Presidents from Ashford, Eastbourne, Gravesend, Haywards Heath and East Grinstead and members from Cairo, Sevenoaks, Croydon and Hastings. The guest speaker was Patricia Rogers, Director the Pestalozzi Childrens Village Trust at Sedlescombe. After Patricia had described the work of the trust she was presented by Anne with a cheque from funds raised during her Presidential year. |
